This gentle yoga class encourages freedom in all the joints of the body; increases core and leg strength; improves balance; and leaves the participant feeling mentally and physically relaxed and re-stored. Participants in the December class report feeling stronger, having more energy and sleeping better.

Wednesday only classes $21

Please bring a yoga mat and wear clothes which allow you to move easily.
